Juan joined the San Miguel Community Foundation in July 2020, beginning his work in the document archive area. His initial responsibilities focused on organizing, classifying, and maintaining the Foundation’s administrative records.

Over time, he gained a deep understanding of the Foundation’s internal operations and the community impact of its programs.

In May 2025, in recognition of his dedication and professionalism, Juan was officially appointed Administrative Assistant. In this role, he supports the coordination and monitoring of administrative processes, documentation, and the operational needs of the Foundation’s various projects.
