Raúl is a native of San Miguel de Allende and a respected local attorney who has led the legal firm San Miguel Legal, Despacho Jurídico since 2009. He holds a Licenciatura en Derecho and has built a reputation for providing accessible legal counsel in our community.

As the Elected Chair of SMCF’s board, Raúl brings his deep legal expertise, local roots, and commitment to equitable process to help ensure the foundation’s governance is transparent, ethical, and aligned with local regulations.

Raúl holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from the Universidad de Guanajuato.
