Romina brings more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership, and community development. She is deeply committed to promoting equality, unity, and inclusion, values that guide both her professional and personal life.

Before joining SMCF, Romina founded and led Crusaders Institute, where she oversaw a team of 15 employees and 100 students, and directed multiple community projects focused on education and social impact.

Romina is honored to build upon the Foundation’s 50-year legacy, supporting the many civil organizations that make San Miguel de Allende thrive. She brings a combination of vision, compassion, and strategic skill to ensure that generosity continues to transform the community for generations to come.

Romina holds a Teacher’s Diploma from Colegio Guadalupe, a degree in Hotel Administration from Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, and is currently pursuing a degree in Theology at Mints University.
